By accessing and using AI Photos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Photos provides AI-powered photo transformation services through a subscription-based API. Users purchase monthly subscriptions that include credit allocations for API usage.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account using a supported social login provider (Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn) to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits included in your subscription reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. A la carte credits do not expire until used. All payments are processed through Stripe.

5. API Usage

API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Your API key is personal and should not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your API key.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. Transformed outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. AI Photos retains no rights to your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI Photos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
