Data Deletion

Last updated: June 4, 2026

At JWP, LLC, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from the Sparkbooth AI platform ("Service") and what happens when you do.

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems at any time. This right applies to all users regardless of location, and we honor deletion requests in compliance with applicable privacy laws including the GDPR and CCPA.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel any active subscription through your account dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Data deletion cannot be processed while you have an active paid subscription.
  2. Submit a deletion request by emailing hello@sparkbooth.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
  3. Include your account email in the request so we can locate your data.

You can also submit a request through our contact form.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your user account and profile information (name, email, profile picture)
  • Your API key and associated metadata
  • Credit balance and transaction history
  • Subscription records
  • Authentication session data

4. What About Photos?

Photos uploaded for transformation are automatically deleted within 7 days of upload per our S3 lifecycle policy. If you submit a deletion request before that window has passed, any photos still in storage will be removed as part of the deletion. We do not maintain a long-term archive of your photos.

5. Data We May Retain

Even after a deletion request, we may retain certain data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Payment records — Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required for tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations.
  • Fraud prevention — Limited data may be retained to prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Legal compliance — Data subject to an active legal hold, investigation, or regulatory requirement may be retained until the obligation is fulfilled.

Where possible, retained data will be anonymized so it can no longer be associated with you.

6. Processing Time

We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need additional time (for example, to verify your identity), we will notify you of the reason for the delay.

7. After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to sign in to the Service
  • Your API key will stop working immediately
  • Any unused credits will be forfeited
  • The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

If you wish to use the Service again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

8. Contact Us

If you have questions about data deletion or your privacy rights, please contact us at sparkbooth.com/contact-us or email us at hello@sparkbooth.com.
